EXTREMELY HIGH STANDARDS

     TRO components have a lower acceptable tolerance deviation compared to industry standard. With very low numbers in production, we can afford to take the time needed to creep up on dimensions. 

     100% of parts are inspected. This is generally not possible with large scale production companies with huge overhead costs. We can't afford to ship defects.

UNDAUNTED ENGINEERING

     Our daring designs are not restrained by cost or manufacturability. We utilize Topology Optimization and a mix of FEA and common sense to arrive at optimally functional geometries.

     TRO designs is one of the first companies to utilize DMLS Titanium, functional PVD coatings and Superalloys in consumer hand tools. We offer the absolute best to our customers.
