        TRO Designs started off by just making the motorcycle parts/tools we wanted, without compromise; our parts are as pretty to look at as they are functional.

        With our background in Aerospace composites bonding, our tools and parts push the limits of design and materials. We specialize in utilizing emerging technologies such as Generative Design and Topology Optimization. Some exotic materials we machine are MP35N Nickel-Cobalt Alloy, AZ31B Magnesium Alloy and Ti-6Al-4V Titanium Alloy. We also heavily employ DMLS 3D printing.

        All of the components we make are held to the highest manufacturing standards and then taken to the limit on track. We don't take the half-assed approach because these parts are installed on our bikes, and our tools go with us off-road!
