Our baseline freewheeling smoothness is levels above existing ratchets - in the demo below, pawls and springs are removed to show the contribution of the gear-only friction.

Crank most tool steels to peak hardness and they become brittle. VIM+VAR refining ensures our Superalloy has exceptional fracture toughness. It's a unique alloy combining both Ultra High Strength AND Toughness.

Titanium has steel‑like strength at just 56% of the weight. Our optimized geometry further exploits Titanium's strength‑to‑weight ratio. The Superleggera is nearly full Ti Alloy.
